Meditation Courses
This course is a perfect opportunity for you to gain an insight into the ancient practice of meditation and mindfulness.

Over the 8 week course we will delve into the world of meditation. You will learn about the amazing benefits and fascinating history of this incredible holistic therapy. Each week we will explore a different theme, practice meditation techniques and have a short discussion around our findings. You will learn how to focus your mind and experience a deep sense of peace and happiness, letting tensions and stresses melt away,

After the course you will have learnt the techniques and skills to practice at home, with confidence.

Drop In Sessions
This popular class is an opportunity to come along and meditate along with your guide, within a relaxed, friendly group environment. These sessions are add-ons after you have attended the 8 week Meditation Course.

Four Week Pocket-sized Mindfulness Meditation Course
This bite-sized mindfulness meditation course is an opportunity to gain some insight and experience into the world of mindfulness meditation.
I appreciate at this time of year, time is even more precious with children on their school holidays and work-life balance causing somewhat of a challenge!
So I have broken down my 8 week course into 4 pocket sized sessions so that you can enjoy some time for you, learn some new techniques and meet new people but only for 4 weeks rather than a commitment of 8.

We will still cover the same things in terms of education, breathing techniques and plenty of relaxation time but won’t dive quite so deep as we do in the 8-week course.
